National Survey Ranks Long Islander, Bob Moulton, Americana Mortgag Group, in New York State Top 10.
Manhasset, NY: Mortgag Originator magazine placed Robert (Bob) Moulton, President of Americana Mortgag Group, first on Long Island’s North Shore, and tenth highest volume mortgag originator in New York State—with audited volume for the year 2001 exceeding $102.8 million. The sixth annual “Top 200 Originators” nationwide survey results appeared in the April issue of the monthly trade publication.
Last year, Bob Moulton was named the fifth highest mortgag originator for 2000 in the nation by Broker Magazine. “The key to our success is simple—referrals and repeat business,” says Moulton. “The mortgag industry is so competitive. Offering the best rate is not enough today. You have to deliver on knowledge, customer service and solid lender relationships that benefit the client. That’s how we’ve earned a 97% referral rate. Top producer, Bob Moulton, founded Americana Mortgag Group in 1996, offering residential financial services to the tri-state area.
