Personal Credit Report :: Never apply for a loan without it
The content of your Personal Credit Report is the basis of any bank loan
Less than 2 years ago I discovered the value of a personal credit report. I had read an article about a recently divorced woman who was applying for her first loan. Her personal credit report contained damaging credit information. Sadly her loan application was denied.
So I dug deeper for my own curiosity. I had no idea that my personal credit history was detailed in a credit report that was available to any bank or lender. Even more incredible, was that I had a right to see this information and that I could learn to affect my credit rating.
Ok so you may have know about a personal credit report before my discovery. But have you taken a look at your credit report? And if so, do you understand the impact this information could have on your personal life?
Most people do not. I encourage you to start now. Even before you may need a loan. Perhaps, if the woman in the article had understood this before her life changed, her personal loan application may have been approved.
